Our activity has the purpose of increasing and improving the value of the processes, the products and the management systems in the small, medium and big companies.
We wanted to build a society gathering our common and different experiences, nationwide and abroad, because we believe that the technical support to the companies has to be increasingly characterized by high specific competences yet able to integrate in a multidisciplinary corporate vision.
The teamwork is the element of the added value that we want to guarantee to the companies that address to us.
There are 4 distinctive elements upon which we would like to characterize and structure our service.
We selected professionals with specific sectorial skills and two decades of experience in the field of the agri-food consulting. We also selected professionals who have personally worked in the productive companies, as we believe that the company’s internal experience is a condition necessary for a good and realistic consulting skill.
We have identified people who are able to get involved in the business plan. We believe that the consulting activity must necessarily begin from the skills, but in order to become effective it should also provide the identification and sharing of values and targets of the company’s growth.
It is necessary that the technical support to the companies has to be sustainable and never abstract that means bringing along strong elements of concreteness and realism: the technical indication acquires in fact strength in its ability to be practicable and proportionate to the context.
Making a consultancy means to be called to participate in little or large part to the realization of a technical and/or management work. It is necessary for a complete fulfillment of the mandate that everything, therefore also the detail, has to be well finished.
The ability to ensure a satisfying overall view comes from the ability to take care of the attention to the detail, step by step.
